The World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW) is a bold and daring leadership program dedicated to the advancement of women’s leadership worldwide.

The WAFW is located in Henan Province (China), Dhaka (Bangladesh), and Kathmandu (Nepal), where it trains hundreds of college students on matters of leadership, career goals, social responsibility, and personal growth.

The purpose of the World Academy is to advance and accelerate women’s leadership worldwide. IPWS supports WAFW throughout the year, and has one paid intern position in 2021-2022 filled by a WAFW Graduate.

The World Academy is looking for professionals from all industries to mentor these young leaders.

Mentors will get the chance to:

Develop a meaningful relationship with a World Academy member.
Exchange personal and professional experiences during two, 30-minute online weekly sessions.
Gain unique insights into the lives of women in rural areas.
Connect and communicate with mentees in English to improve and accelerate their ability to learn, listen, and communicate in English.

The WAFW mentorship program is meaningful to both mentor and the mentee, allowing you to grow alongside inspiring young women in infinite ways.
