IPWS Membership Executive – Volunteer Position

IPWS is looking for a passionate and community-focused individual to join our Board of Directors as the Membership Executive. In this role, you will help engage our members and grow our membership base in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for member inquiries via WeChat, email, and events.

• Make sure members feel welcome and part of the community.

• Manage the membership benefit program and send welcome packages to new members.

• Find new ways to engage with members and volunteers.

• Promote women’s development through events and social media.

• Attend monthly board meetings and IPWS events.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, positive woman in Shanghai with good communication skills.

• Experience in leadership and community engagement.

• Passionate about empowering women and building connections.

This is a volunteer role offering the chance to make a real impact and help our community grow.
