Membership Manager – Volunteer Position

IPWS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Membership Manager. This is a volunteer position that supports the Membership Executive in building and engaging our member community in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Membership Executive to compile member data, send out emails.

• Support the membership benefit program and keep track of member details.

• Assist in engaging members and promoting events and initiatives.

• Attend monthly board meetings and IPWS events as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks efficiently.

This is a volunteer position that offers the chance to work closely with our Membership Executive and make a meaningful impact in the IPWS community.
