It is with great excitement that we officially announce the the2018 IPWS Leadership Summit and invite you to join us on May 25th at the newly opened Bellagio Shanghai Hotel. For the third year, IPWS is proud to bring you a professional and personal development experience like no other in Shanghai.
In addition to the amazing speakers and innovative workshops, the IPWS Leadership Summit will also feature the Women Leadership Awards. This year we will celebrate all finalists and announce the winners of the seven categories throughout the Summit.
About the Leadership Summit
This event brings together leaders and influencers from all over the world and across all different industries to celebrate role models in Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Social Contribution.
Through an innovative agenda, the Summit will explore this year’s theme with engaging speakers, interactive workshops, and more. This highly-anticipated event is expected to draw more than 300 attendees and will close with a fabulous after-party, and opportunities for networking.
Through storytelling, firsthand experiences, and facts our Speakers will demonstrate:
- Confidence is partially predetermined by our genes and partially attributable to our environment
- Women can teach themselves to be confident, even if genetic predisposition suggests otherwise
- How women can teach themselves to be confident:

This Year’s Theme: Leading with Confidence: A Road Map to Success
Following the success of the 2016 Summit focused on “Understanding Power and Leadership: A Roadmap to Success”, IPWS is proud to announce that the 2018 edition of the IPWS Leadership Summit will further explore the changing the nature of leadership and be centered around the theme of “Leading with Confidence: A Roadmap to Success”
Through a guided active conference programming the audience will participate in an exercise where they will learn how to “Build Creative Confidence”
Recognizing how foundational Confidence is to the personal and professional growth of women, the goal of this year’s Summit is building awareness and providing ideas and solutions so that women leave the Summit with practical tools that remind and activate Confidence within themselves and shared with others.
