On May 31st, IPWS is proud to bring you the fourth annual IPWS Summit right here in Shanghai. This event brings together leaders and influencers from all over the world and across industries to celebrate role models in Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Social Contribution.
Through an innovative agenda, the Summit will explore this year’s theme – The Courage to Lead – with engaging speakers, interactive workshops, and more. This highly-anticipated event draws around 300 attendees each year offering excellent opportunities for networking. The day will close with a fabulous after-party with the beautiful Shanghai skyline as our backdrop.

As the Founder and one of the youngest certified coaches in Asia (ICF ACC), Fyiona Yong’s mission is to empower leaders to create effective and engaged multi-generational teams as well as help the next generation workforce in driving self-leadership and growth mindset. She is also a passionate key note speaker on multi-generational inclusion and a trainer and executive coach for corporate and business schools in Asia.
Fyiona was featured on Forbes, Financial Times, TVB Pearl, China Daily, and HR Magazine APAC sharing insights to support current and future leaders to embrace generational diversity and inclusion.
Fyiona’s professional background, while diverse, isn’t traditional: Within 14 years in Royal Dutch Shell, she took on leadership roles in Finance, Digital Transformation and was appointed the youngest Head of Customer Operations for Shell. Her personal background is equally diverse: As a Malaysian-born Chinese she grew up in Germany, was educated both in Germany and the US, and sees herself as a bridge between the Western and Asian culture. In 2010, she relocated to Hong Kong to rediscover her Asian heritage.
