Global HR Professional and Talent Advocate
Dr. Natalie Koeppe has built her international career as HR professional across multiple geographies and industries. She holds an MBA from the University of Augsburg (Germany), and a PhD degree from the Toulouse School of Management (France). Natalie is a frequent guest speaker at global conferences on the topics of strategic HR and Talent Management and holds regular guest lectures and seminars on career management and professional development. In 2019, Natalie joined adidas as Head of Talent APAC, based out of Shanghai. In 2021, she took on the global HR leadership role for the Tech function at adidas based out of global headquarters Herzogenaurach and moved together with her husband and their 8-year-old daughter to Germany. In this role, she is driving the HR agenda for 3,000 employees of the Tech and Digital function at adidas across 39 locations including 7 Tech Hubs.
