Women should aspire to do more, be more, lead more and act upon this without self-doubting whether they can. Women may be powerful, they may be confident, but without the Courage to exercise power and confidence they are still limited.

It takes Courage to act on convictions, it takes Courage to stand up for other women, it takes Courage to question the beliefs that have guided women’s choices and limited their horizons.  It takes Courage to challenge the status quo in the world, and become more, not less.

Courage is not innate, but developed. One act of courage is a drop in the bucket towards change.
