We’re looking for a Graphic Designer!

IPWS is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to create key visuals for our flagship event of the year, the IPWS Summit!

We are looking for a positive, proactive and creative individual who can bring a fresh look to this year’s conference, keeping in mind the IPWS brand and identity.

About the IPWS Summit
For the fourth year in a row, we’re very excited to bring you the annual IPWS Summit on May 31, 2019. This event brings together leaders and influencers from all over the world and across all different industries for an afternoon of exciting talks, engaging content and excellent networking opportunities. This highly-anticipated event is expected to draw more than 300 attendees and will close with a fabulous after-party.

We’re looking for a graphic designer that can create the following deliverables in accordance to given timeline:

A key visual that will be applied throughout all communication and marketing materials (Keynote presentation, posters, website banners, social media flyers, backdrops and banners etc).
A Keynote presentation template.
A 30-40 page Summit brochure/program guide with event agenda, speaker introductions, WLA finalist and jury introductions, sponsor ads and more.
Event logo wall.
5 x event backdrop with KV.
5 x social media flyer/poster.
3 x website banners.
3 x pull up banner.
Double sided attendee badge design.
Design for 2 types of giveaways/swag (such as notebooks or tote bags), the specific items will be decided at a later time.

Timeline:

March 15 – Key visual finalized
March 22 – Website banners
March 22 – Pull-up banners
May 10 – Keynote template
May 20 – Backdrops and logo wall
May 22 – Summit brochure
May 18 – Attendee badge
Throughout March-May – Social media flyers/posters
