Meet Em Roblin – IPWS Leadership Summit MC

The 2018 IPWS Leadership Summit is fast approaching, and it is with great pleasure we now announce Em Roblin, Founder and CEO of Inner Circles as our MC for the day!

Em Roblin is the founder of Inner Circles, a platform of transformational learning journeys where women extend their impact. In China from 2006 and working with top organizations in Women’s Leadership development and Diversity and Inclusion consulting projects, Em kept noticing some consistent challenges women seemed to be encountering despite the industry, function, etc. She launched Inner Circles in 2015 to create a safe place for women from diverse backgrounds to address these challenges and increase their impact. It’s grown steadily, and Em is now working with her team of alumnae growing out new programs, including an impact coaching certification.

The boutique consulting firm, Circles2, that Em launched in 2010 has become highly sought after for diversity and inclusion strategy localization in China and for inclusive leadership programs. Working with Fortune 500 companies from a range of industries including technology, law, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consumer products and more to figure out how to make their organizations more inclusive. Em and Circles2 are regular partners to organizations such as AmCham, All China Women’s Federation, etc and Em has been invited as a guest lecturer at several notable universities including Peking University, Tsinghua University, INSEAD, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, University of California.

She is Canadian, with an MPA from Ryerson University and a BAH in education and mathematics from Queen’s University. She’s married with three kids and is known for her authentic approach to integrating work and life.
