The IPWS Summit is the annual leadership event hosted by IPWS in Shanghai. Each year, the Summit offers participants the opportunity to explore a contemporary leadership theme through a mindfully curated half-day agenda, composed of engaging speakers, interactive workshopping, networking and more.

Each year, a significant part of the IPWS Summit is dedicated to celebrating the winners, finalists and nominees of the annual Women Leadership Awards (WLA). The WLA is the longest running international award in China for women leaders, and was the only such award for over a decade. Since 2006, WLA recognizes professional women (and since 2016 supporting men) who have emerged as leaders in their field. As leaders, these inspiring women have made a marked difference in our community and have forged paths for others to follow.

All of this, including a lively after party, is held in a unique and stunning venue, making the IPWS Summit one of the most modern conferencing events in Shanghai.

2018 HIGHLIGHTS & EXPOSURE 

Last year, 300+ women and men from different industries, including senior management, entrepreneurs and young professionals gathered at the Bellagio Hotel in Shanghai to celebrate our annual flagship event – the IPWS Summit. Seven speakers joined from different parts of the world and delivered powerful talks with in accordance to the theme; Leading with Confidence.
