Women have profoundly shaped who I am: a female leader, a single mother of two sons, and a SISTER. I am deeply committed to the global sisterhood, practicing “Sistering” in my professional and volunteer activities to uplift and support women in business and communities.
For 30 years, I have been an advocate for women’s rights. My journey began with my master’s thesis on the salary and gender gap. In 2010, while leading the NGO Business Professional Women in France and Europe (with 18,000 members across 23 countries), I introduced the Equal Pay campaign, which continues to this day. In 2021, I co-founded “Les Négociatrices”, the first French-speaking livestream about women and negotiation, reaching over 10,000 women annually. That same year, I co-authored the book “Reveal the Negotiator Inside You”, with all profits donated to UN Women. In 2024, I founded WIN – Wŏmen In Negotiation in Shanghai, a bilingual (Chinese-English) digital platform that empowers women to navigate negotiations and advocate for their worth, addressing the challenges they face due to gender norms and socialization.
My career started as a social worker and social entrepreneur, focusing on economic opportunities for underrepresented communities, especially people with disabilities. Since joining LVMH in 2007, I have contributed to numerous talent initiatives, particularly for women, who make up 70% of the global workforce and 65% of leadership positions in China. I am championing EllesVMH, LVMH’s global gender equity initiative, serving as North America co-Chair (2020-2022) and now as China Executive Sponsor of the Women & Allies Employee Resources Group. One of my proudest achievements is leading the launch of the Women@Dior program, an international mentorship and educational initiative that has supported over 2,000 young women from 60+ countries and 90 nationalities.
