Welcome to the IPWS Wellness Day!
Join us for a transformative day dedicated to your well-being.
Living in the city often means navigating a fast-paced lifestyle that leaves little time for self-care. Balancing professional and personal deadlines can make taking ‘me time’ feel selfish or wrong, despite its importance.
Self-care is vital for maintaining emotional health and ultimately leads to a happier, healthier you. This June 23rd, prioritize yourself and your community by participating in the IPWS Wellness Day.
We have a variety of workshops lined up, including breathwork, physical health checks, mindfulness practices, and more. It’s a full day dedicated to practicing self-care, understanding how to support others, and contributing to a great cause, with all profits going to World Academy and Lifeline.

Beatrice Cecchi
Yoga instructor
Beatrice, originally from Italy, has been living in China since 2015; while working in automotive, yoga has became her true passion and she tries to spread it as much as she can teaching that yoga is and can be for everyone.
Teaching for her is sharing the importance of wellbeing and loving yourself.
After several retreats and trainings in southeast Asia, an Indian teacher pushed her to teach, telling her, “We need more teachers like you in this world!”. So, with this encouragement and that additional bit of confidence to step forward, she was able to follow her passion and began to train as a yoga instructor.
As she got back to the office at work in Shanghai, she came up with a proposal of creating a yoga community within the company and started to give classes during her lunch breaks. This helped her to quickly realize how we, as little drops in the ocean, can really make a difference and then she started not only to deliver classes at Community Studio in central downtown Shanghai but also organizing outdoor yoga events.
