Xixi Wang is the founder and CEO of a life transition business, CUE. CUE is a transformative learning company that supports individuals through life’s key transitions.
They design research-driven e-learning solutions and in-person events to enhance personal well-being and life course development. As the visionary behind the company, she is weaving together her years of training and experience in art, academia, and startups to create “A Life Transition Space For Everyone”, providing clients with the right cues at the right time.
She is a creator at heart, a crafts woman in spirit, and an artist in soul. Xixi herself in the practice of art, performing music in Austria, China, Japan and Korea. She believes art shapes souls to resonate with humanity’s rhythm. Building on this foundation, her academic pursuits provided structures to investigate and comprehend human existence and experience. She holds a theoretical Research MA in Gender Studies, and an interdisciplinary BA in Social Justice and Philosophy, earned through studies at in the Netherlands, Canada, and Norway.
At IPWS, Xixi is a Board Member and a Partnership Executive. She initiates and manages local partnerships with diverse entities, including Consulate Generals, Chambers of Commerce, corporations, SMEs, communities, etc.
Curtis Baker is the Asia Pacific Regional Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) and Employee Experience (EX) Lead reporting directly to the Chief Incluison Officer, Alveda Williams, Ph.D.
In this combined role, Curtis is responsible for driving and implementing the Inclusion & Diversity + Employee Experience strategy and providing expertise, consultation and support to business, functional, and ERG leaders and EX change champions in the region. He drives the Social component of Dow’s ESG strategy and growth into the region while amplifying globally the voices from Asia Pacific.
In his scope, he collaborates with Dow businesses and functions on inclusion and employee experience, that lead to measurable results and long-term sustainable culture change. He also manages relationship support for I&D + EX partnerships representing Dow externally consistent with the region’s outreach, thought leadership initiatives and ambitions.
He holds a B.A. in Public Relations and a DEI for HR certification from Cornell University. Externally, he is an advisor for IPWS (International Profressional Women’s Society-SH), Out & Equal APAC Council and named Top DEI Leaders by sHero China. Also is the 2023 HeforShe Recipent from IPWS. Prior to joinging Dow, he was with The Walt Disney Company China for 8 years in HR and lastly leading DEI for Shanghai Disney Resort.
