Em Roblin is Back as Summit MC!
If you attended the 2018 IPWS Summit, you no doubt remember the electrifying Em Roblin, Founder of Inner Circles, who joined as the Summit MC. We are delighted to welcome Em back this year as the 2019 IPWS Summit MC and Closing Keynote Speaker.

For over 15 years, Em has been passionately creating experiences for people to grow professionally and personally. She’s worked with thousands of people in Asia since basing herself out of Beijing from 2006. She’s committed to building an inclusive world, where diversity thrives and where people live out their fullest potential.
Em has spent almost a decade focused on women’s leadership and has worked to solve the challenges faced by top organizations (how to retain, develop and advance women) as well as digging deep into how to truly thrive as a woman and as a leader, by designing and delivering transformational experiences for women. Em partners with leading global organizations and consultancies to localize Diversity and Inclusion initiatives powerfully in China, and increasingly with forward-thinking Chinese organizations that see the value of building an inclusive culture.
She’s known for her authentic approach in how she integrates work and life. She is the proud mom to three children and was honored to be recognized by the Beijing All China Women’s Federation as “the best international family” in 2018. Em is Canadian, and she holds an MPA from Ryerson University where she researched diversity and equity and a BAH in education from Queen’s University.
As one client and friend succinctly put it; “Em is the definition of a role model. She’s bold and has a big vision, yet she is open and makes everyone around her feel important, valued and heard. Every interaction is like a refueling of positive energy.”
