What to Expect on Friday at the IPWS Summit

Are you coming to the IPWS Summit? Grab your tickets and don’t miss the leadership conference of the year! We’re looking forward to welcoming you on Friday — read on to see what you should expect upon arrival and throughout the afternoon.

Arrival

The 2019 IPWS Summit will be held at Kathleen’s Waitan at The Cool Docks with a stunning view of the Bund! Please proceed to the 5th floor, IPWS volunteers will be outside to direct you.

Upon arrival, please stop at the registration deck to pick up your badge for the day — this badge is your pass to the Summit and the after party, and it will give you access to live photos throughout the afternoon.

Registration opens at 12:00pm and the Summit will begin at 1:30pm. During registration light snacks will be available, generously provided by Kate & Kimi. This is a great time to network with fellow attendees!

During the Summit

The Summit will feature six speakers throughout the afternoon, sharing their take on the Summit theme: The Courage to Lead. In addition to these inspirational speeches, during the IPWS Summit, the winners of the Women Leadership Awards are announced, recognizing the outstanding women and men in our community.

Don’t miss our graphic recorders who will be capturing each talk through illustrations throughout the conference — if you’ve seen this at previous Summits, this year we’re doing it a bit differently and we can’t wait to unveil it on Friday!

Unravel

As always, the Summit features a unique active conferencing portion — this year led by Shanghai-born live storytelling platform, Unravel.

After the Summit

Make sure to stick around for the after party, meet the speakers, Women Leadership Award winners and relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the Bund on a Friday night.
