With Breakfast Conversations, IPWS brings together a small group of its members for a discussion on a selected topic that matters for a balanced and successful professional life.

A learning and sharing opportunity, under the guidance of our expert conversation leader, members are able to tackle their specific challenges, while supporting other members and building their network.

For our second event of the 2022-23 season, we welcomed Marcia Chen, Co-Founder of the Women Alliance Group, who shared her powerful story of how at any given point, you CAN change your life.

Marcia loves and excels at building community and building a work culture with a sense of belonging.

We know how hard it is to change the direction of your life, especially when you may be trying to fulfill someone else’s ideals. And often it is easier to stay with what you know rather than face the fear of the unknown.

Through sharing her own story, and those of other women, Marcia showed us how, at any given moment, you have the power to look within and choose to change what no longer serves you, moving the barriers that block your way. And you can do this as many times as you need until you are the best version of you for YOU.
