Ladies Who Tech: International Women’s Day Ladies who tech_Logo

The Peterson Institute for International Economics and EY recently showed that having at least 30% of women in leadership positions adds 6% to net profit margin. But unless we inspire more young women to be entrepreneurial at the entry and lower levels, how do we expect them to rise through the ranks fully on merit, and not simply because they are women?

Ladies Who Tech would like to invite you and our fellow ladies who are in tech industry on 8th March at XNODE and discuss “Gender Parity in Tech Career” and how their personal experience can inspire us or our next generation in choosing tech career. RSVP here and read more via their wechat post.

Women Up! kNOw Violence

No matter the violence be emotional, physical or sexual, no human being deserves to be violated. Violence creates a cycle of abuse because it is rooted in a desire to (re)gain control, most often by people you know. What perpetuates that cycle is silence, so let’s stand together and have a dialogue with professionals and peers.

Come and be inspired by what the community leaders have accomplished and people they have helped in conjunction with International Women’s Day. Read more and RSVP here!
(Event held on March 9th.)
